Historic investment for the arts in Brampton
A historic investment of over $16M was allocated in the 2023 City of Brampton Budget for the arts, including the design of a new Arts & Culture Centre. Councillor Santos is assuring residents that the Lester B. Pearson Theatre will remain within the Brampton Civic Centre facility and will be jointly used by the City and students attending the new Toronto Metropolitan University Medical School.
