Third Annual Brampton Summer Artist Market

Residents connected with Brampton’s arts and culture community at the third annual Brampton Summer Artist Market on Saturday, July 20. The market featured a record 33 vendors and local arts organizations inside the Rose Brampton lobby, including the first ever Youth Arts Market. From handcrafted jewelry, ceramics, and book arts to original prints and paintings, the artist market offered a wonderful opportunity to support local artists and arts organizations. In addition to all the beautiful one-of-a-kind artworks and wares, visitors also enjoyed family and kid-friendly activities with PAMA, a communal cyanotype mural workshop and a steel pan performance.

The market was organized by the Brampton Arts Organization (BAO), a registered non-profit that champions Brampton’s diverse arts, culture and creative industries and advocates for the #BramptonArtist. A Winter market is being planned for November. You can also find Brampton Artists at the Brampton Farmers’ Market every Saturday.
