Residential Rental Licensing Starts JAN 2024

The Residential Rental Licensing (RRL) Pilot Program, a two-year initiative for rental landlord registration and licensing, was approved during the March 29, 2023 Committee of Council meeting. The program’s framework was subsequently presented to the Committee of Council on September 20, 2023, and received unanimous approval.
