City of Brampton strengthens commitment to safer rental housing

Brampton is enhancing rental housing safety by waiving the Residential Rental Licensing (RRL) application fee for 2025, encouraging compliance and protecting tenants. The city has licensed 3,227 units and expanded enforcement efforts by hiring 38 additional by-law officers to improve property standards and safety.
