Brampton Continues to Invest in Community Services

Brampton’s 2025 Budget prioritizes community engagement with a 2.9% property tax increase, maintaining low rates while supporting a second hospital and CUPE’s wage increase. The budget includes significant investments in parks, recreation, and community safety, such as new splashpads, recreation centers, and expanded programs for all ages. Key projects include enhanced public spaces, winter-optimized facilities, and infrastructure improvements like new sports fields and a daycare facility at Chris Gibson Recreation Centre, all aligned with Brampton’s Vision 2040.
