On Sunday, March 1st, we held a community meeting for residents of Estates of the Credit. Thank you to staff from Public Works, Peel Regional Police, the Director of Bylaw Enforcement, and our teams for supporting the discussion. The meeting provided residents with an opportunity to raise concerns related to traffic enforcement, snow clearing, crime, park maintenance, waste management, and property taxes, and to receive updates directly from staff.
Action Items
Residents to send disputed ASE tickets to Councillors for further review.
Request noise study review for Mississauga Road.
Circulate windrow clearing survey for 2026 to interested residents.
Confirm details regarding scanners at intermodal hubs and technology enhancements.
Follow up with Parks on grass cutting cycle, fencing request for Luongo Park, and maintenance standards.
Clarify proper escalation pathway for missed waste collection (Region/MPP if required).
Assess feasibility of additional waste bins near ponds.
Schedule spring walkabout with residents.
