Brampton, ON – Regional Councillor Rowena Santos has launched a Customer Service Survey to give residents a direct voice in shaping how the City of Brampton delivers frontline services. The survey invites residents to share their experiences when contacting the City, whether through 311, a City department, or Council, and to identify areas where improvements can are needed.
Your opinion matters. Everyone who works for the City of Brampton has a responsibility to deliver the highest level of service to residents,” said Councillor Santos. “This survey is an opportunity for residents to tell us how we are doing, what is working, and where we need to do better. I promise to listen to your concerns and to push for real change.”
The survey covers key areas such as:
How residents contacted the City (311, a department, Council, etc.), courtesy and responsiveness, overall satisfaction compared to the private sector, and areas needing improvement, including, traffic safety, snow removal, by-law enforcement, crime, and Rooming houses/basement apartments.
Residents can complete the survey online at bcity.ca/survey or by scanning the QR code. The survey is being promoted through social media, email and text outreach to ensure wide participation.
“The most valuable information I receive comes directly from residents,” Santos added. “By working together, we will improve the City’s customer service and make Brampton an even better place to live, work, and play.”
