This year’s Bike the Creek saw a record-breaking 2,200 riders of all ages take part in Brampton’s free community cycling event, highlighting the city’s commitment to healthy living and environmental stewardship.
With multiple scenic routes and family-friendly activities, the event was made possible by strong partnerships between Brampton, TRCA, BikeBrampton, Mississauga, and Caledon.
Councillor Rowena Santos, a longtime supporter, participated in the ride and reflected on her personal connection to its grassroots beginnings.
As part of Bike Month, residents are invited to continue exploring Brampton’s growing network of trails and cycling programs throughout June.
