June marks Seniors Month in Brampton, honouring the city’s 157,000+ residents aged 55+ through events, programs, and wellness supports. Themed Fit, Active and Healthy Seniors, this year includes the launch of Canada’s first free 65+ Annual Recreation Membership. Events include a June 3 fitness kickoff and the Springfest Luncheon and Expo on June 13 at Century Gardens Recreation Centre.
